The Service SaaSList is a free, curated directory where founders can submit SaaS projects to be listed publicly after manual review. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. 2. Submissions When you submit a project, you represent that (a) you have the right to submit the information and any uploaded logo or image, (b) the content is accurate and not misleading, and (c) the project complies with applicable law. We review submissions manually and may approve, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion. 3. Prohibited Content You may not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or that promotes malware, illegal gambling, or other harmful activity. Spam, duplicate listings, and misleading branding are not allowed. 4. License to Submitted Content By submitting content (including text, links, and logos), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. 5. Intellectual Property All SaaSList branding, design, and original content remain our property. Submitted content remains the property of the respective owners. 6. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not endorse any listed project and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSList and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. 8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSList and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submissions or your violation of these Terms. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove any submission, at any time and without notice. 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. 12.
